Christmas Cash Lottery Rules of Play

  1. Ticket purchasers must reside in the province of Saskatchewan and must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. Staff, Board Members and immediate family members of Staff and Board Members of the Saskatchewan SPCA are not eligible to purchase tickets.
  3. Draws will be made at Prairie Advertising, 588 1st Ave E, Regina, SK S4N 5T6.
  4. The early bird draws will be made on November 11, 18 and 25, 2017 at 1 p.m. Tickets must be purchased by November 10, 2017 to be eligible to win the early bird draw.
  5. The main draws will be made each day in December at 1 p.m. for the amount stated on the Calendar. All tickets paid for by the date of the draw will be in a draw drum. One winning ticket will be drawn for each daily draw.
  6. Every ticket sold is eligible for each daily draw. The draw order is by calendar date.
  7. Prizes will be awarded as cash.
  8. Refunds can be requested before draws start on November 11, 2017.
  9. If a winning ticket has more than one name on it, the Saskatchewan SPCA shall award the prize to only one of the individuals identified on the Ticket. The Saskatchewan SPCA and SLGA are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between different individuals whose names appear on the Ticket.
  10. Unclaimed prizes are to be held for 1 year in a secure location. Should they remain unclaimed after that 1 year period the prizes are to be donated to another charitable organization.

50/50 Kitty Pool Lottery Rules of Play

  1. Ticket purchasers must reside in the province of Saskatchewan and must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. Staff, Board Members and immediate family members of Staff and Board Members of the Saskatchewan SPCA are not eligible to purchase tickets.
  3. A ticket must be purchased in the Christmas Cash Lottery in order to purchase the 50/50 add on ticket.
  4. Draw will be made at Prairie Advertising, 588 1st Ave E, Regina, SK S4N 5T6.
  5. The 50/50 draw will be made on December 31, 2017 at 1 p.m. All tickets paid for by the date of the draw will be in a draw drum. One winning ticket will be drawn.
  6. 50/50 Prize will be awarded as cash.
  7. Refunds can be requested before draws start on November 11, 2017.
  8. If a winning ticket has more than one name on it, the Saskatchewan SPCA shall award the prize to only one of the individuals identified on the Ticket. Privacy Policy

The Saskatchewan Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Saskatchewan SPCA) respects the privacy of our lottery ticket purchasers.

The personal information you provide in your ticket request form is used to process ticket orders and to contact you regarding ongoing and future lotteries and the animal welfare initiatives of the Saskatchewan SPCA. We do not rent, sell or trade our mailing lists.

If you wish to be removed from our lottery mailing list, please contact Prairie Advertising at 1-877-577-7220. If you have provided us with an email address, you may unsubscribe from future emailings through the link provided in the advertising email sent to you.

Winners’ names will be published online at sspca.ca and in the Saskatchewan SPCA Humanitarian newsletter, or by calling 1-877-382-7722.

Refund Policy

Tickets are available for sale to adults in the province of Saskatchewan only.

In the event that all tickets have been sold when a ticket request form is received from a potential ticket purchaser, the potential purchaser will be notified and where applicable a refund of the ticket purchase amount will be made.

Refunds for the Christmas Cash Lottery and 50/50 Kitty Pool can be requested before draws start on November 11, 2017. Anyone wishing to cancel his or her ticket purchase and receive a full refund may do so, providing that the request is in writing and is received by November 4, 2017, one week prior to the first draw. Requests for ticket cancellation must be mailed or hand delivered to Prairie Advertising, 588 1st Ave E, Regina, SK S4N 5T6. If any purchased ticket has been entered into the drum for any draw, no refund will be issued (as that ticket will be deemed to have received its fair market value).

Ticket purchases are NOT eligible for tax receipts under Canada Revenue Agency rules.

Delivery Policy

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the delivery of your tickets by mail.

Security

Transactions with the server are protected via SSL encryption. Personal information is stored on the server in an encrypted format. The server is secured from intrusion both physically and from the Internet. We have made all reasonable efforts to protect the privacy of your personal information.
